Charcuterie, this traditionally French platter, is a beautiful way to present food & know that it will taste simply delicious.   • Marble Platter: Williams & Sonoma
  • Toasted Parmasan Crusted Toast
  • Manchego Cheese ( Sliced 1/4″ thick)
  • Brie ( use cheese knife to slice)
  • Grapes
  • Mixed Nuts
  • Assorted Olives
  • Red/Orange Peppers
  • Prosciutto ( Sliced super thin)
  • Chorizo
  • Fig jam

This is a great platter to make for the holidays, a girls night in, a sporting event or if you want something easy and substantial to nibble on. The items on this charcuterie platter pair really nicely with any full bodied red wine.
