Host A Chili Bar

Host A Chili Bar

September 25, 2017

It’s that perfect time of the year where the air is becoming crisp, the smell of autumn is all around and it’s obvious that the seasons are changing! Fall is my personal favorite season , mostly because I love the fun of Halloween and the special moments that are created as a family through the months of October & November!

This Chili Bar is a wonderful way to have a family meal , host a dinner and this delicious bar can be served as either the main event or as part of other entrees or side dishes. ( Goes great with Mashed Potatoes…stay tuned for my Mashed Potato Bar)

For the HML Chili Recipe, this is an easy recipe that can sit all day on the stove and as long as you keep it on low, it won’t burn.

The key to a great Chili Bar is to make sure you have all sorts of toppings. I suggest the following & the more the merrier!

  • Sour Cream

  • Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

  • Shredded Lettuce

  • Sliced Avocado ( when in season)

  • Sliced Olives

  • Diced Tomatoes

  • Guacamole

  • Crushed Tortilla Chips

  • Salsa- Extra Spicy

  • Diced Red Onion

  • *** Another GREAT item for this Chili Bar ( seen in the second photo) the 16oz Petite Pumpkin Cocotte

    • ‚Äč
