The Holiday season can be super exciting and overwhelming at the same time. Knowing how to host for a large group is time consuming and best done prepping days in advance. In case you have been super busy all these weeks working, taking care of children or loved ones, or just don’t want to spend to much money on decorating, this beautiful tablescape is a simple & easy way to entertain this Thanksgiving!
I used craft paper as the table linen. It’s an easy way to protect the table, write seating arrangements right on the paper, and also with little ones while you are enjoying a delicious meal they can color on the table. Decor is simple. I pulled older flowers from a previous arrangement and created these in vases I use daily. The pumpkins & acorns were from a halloween decor I had laying around.
The addition of the mercury candlesticks adds a little element of elegance to this tablescape but overall the feel for the table is simple & au natural!
Glassware is my simple everyday glasses & I paired it with a white wine glass to go with the delicious turkey. All elements of this tablescape are “natural” and can be found in nature. White plates are neutral & make it so when the food is served it will be the center of everyones focus!
This side bar was there to add some ambiance but wasn’t a necessity for space as all the food and drinks are being served directly on the table itself.
